About Plastics Resources
Our company was founded in 1984 by Jef Hoggan and two other partners who saw an opportunity to provide plastic parts to local companies in Northern Utah. Over time, Jef bought out the other partners and today acts as President and CEO of the company.
We’ve grown beyond our initial small space with a single extruder and now have three single screw extruders, two co-extruders, and two thermoformers. We also have an in-house machine shop for tool and part fabrication.
The great success of Plastics Resources has been a combination of Jef’s vision and leadership with remarkable team members. We have multiple members of our team that have been with us for over twenty years. We value our team and know that if we take care of them, they will take care of our customers.
